Breaking onto the scene

To celebrate the milestone of reaching 100 facebook fans I have decided to try my hand at blogging. So here we go. Haus of Hiria is the place where creativity, makeup, personal style and fashion is the hot topic. Being a Stylist/Image Consultant to me is about understanding your life. Its the whole picture, Where have you come from and where are you going. Figuratively and literally.

Media is everywhere! We cant help it even if we tried to escape it, but now I think we are embracing it with open arms. Magazines are changing. The internet allows every one of us free reign to google the crap out of everything instantaneously. Women can now really explore and discover their inner style. Internet shopping is a whole new experience in itself. One that on the whole we enjoy tremendously. No longer are you limited to what is in your nearest mall. Now trust me, you'll still find me shopping with "friends and family" on "Benny day" but the point is, if you didnt like what was in the stores you didnt really have a chance, other than to maybe consider moving to a nudist colony?? I dont think so. So Ladies, be curious, be intrigued, be critical, be engaged, have an opinion. The way of the world is based on feedback. You'll be suprised at what NZ Fashion and the world has to offer you, and its right at your fingertips
